Purchasing of Judo Suits, Zories and other Equipment.

Judo Suits

After 4-6 weeks of regular attendance, beginners will be requested to obtain a Judogi (Judo Suit).

There are a number of Sports Shops locally that sell Judo suits.  It is of the utmost importance that you purchase a Judogi (Judo Suit) and not a Karate Suit.  In the past members have taken the advice given by sports shop owners who do not have a full understanding of the differences between a Karate Suit and a Judogi and have sold them the wrong suit.  

 

To assist in ensuring that our members can purchase the correct type of suit for their needs we have set up an account with a specialist Martial Arts company called Blitz. They are a great source for Judo Suits and Zories, as well as books and other bit and pieces.  By ordering your equipment directly through the club,  we can purchase excellent quality suits at a reduced rate.  These suits are usually delivered to us with in one working week.  If you would like to order a Judogi via the club, please talk to either Adrian or Adam who will assist in choosing the correct size and can advise regarding price.

When considering what size suit to purchase it is important to note that suits are generally sized by the wearers height.  If you follow this link below will be taken to the our size chart that we hope will assist you in choosing the correct size and type of suit.  You can also click on the Order Form link below which you can complete and email to Adrian who will be able to check your order and advise you of the cost prior to the order being placed.
