Judoka Award

The Judoka (Judo Player) Award is presented to the player who it is felt by the Club Instructors to have progressed and developed in line with the essence and principles of Judo.

The winners of these award, which are presented by our President Sensei Hopkins at our Club Courses, need not be the person who has won the most fights, attended the most training sessions or attained the highest grade. It is the Judoka who has continued to work at areas of difficulty, overcome a specific fear or has shown themselves to be a Judoka that behaves in the true spirit of Judo both on and off of the mat.

This awards were presented on Friday 15th April 2011 and our congratulations go to Aaron Bennett, Louisa Burrows, Georgina Rogers and Richard Rogers who was presented their awards by Sensei Hopkins.
